All reservations are subject to a 1-night cancellation fee if cancelled within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date. Any adjustments to shorten your stay within that 14-day timeframe will also be charged a 1-night cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee is solely dependent on the price of the specific reservation made. For example, if you are cancelling a stay in Lodge Room 9, your 1-night cancellation fee will be $125, as that is the per night charge

All cancellations do need to be communicated to the front desk directly. We can help take care of any cancellations via email or by calling in. Please make sure to reference the cancellation policy in advance, to avoid any surprises if you are within the window to be charged a cancellation fee

Travel

We strongly advise anyone interested in visiting to take advantage of the road cameras provided by tripcheck.com, these will show you updated snapshots of McKenzie Bridge, which just 5 miles from us, as well as any of the passes you may be thinking of using to get here. I-5 & Highway 126 are usually very well maintained, as are our grounds themselves.

We never really know when to expect the snow to start, it might typically start snowing anywhere between the end of October through April.
