Terms & Conditions
Belknap Hot Springs has a 2 night minimum on weekends & holidays.
Belknap Lodge is Smoke Free, there will be a $75.00 charge for any evidence of smoking in any of the rooms or cabins. Pets ARE NOT allowed in lodge rooms, cabins 2,3,6, & 7, there will be a $75.00 charge for any evidence of pets. Pets are only allowed in cabins 1,4, & 5.
$10 First Pet, $15 for all additional pets.
We require 14 days to cancel any reservations. Cancellations within 14 days will be charged the cost of the first nights stay.
No refunds or credits given due to inclement weather, power outages, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Deposits, Payment Methods & Confirmation
A credit card will be required at the time of booking. No charges will be applied to your card until check-in. This does not apply for weddings or other special events.. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations
All Belknap cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the nights stay. Any cancellations made within 14 day of the booked night will result in one nights lodging fee. This does not pertain to weddings or other special events, such events have their own policy, listed in the events packets.

Nonperformance
We reserve the right to cancel or move a specific reservation; Due to maintenance, overbooking, damage or any other unforeseen circumstances.
